Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns; Indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved; He will judge the peoples with equity.” - Psalm 96:10

Obviously, much has been written, studied, and applied by amateur and professional missiologists alike in order to find a single "key" that will unlock an effective strategy for crossing cultural barriers, communicate a biblical message, and reach the unreached for Christ. Ultimately, whatever that message may include, it must embrace the truth contained in Psalm 96:10.
This means that:
First, our strategy must acknowledge God's utter sovereignty. The Lord reigns and is subject to no other.
Second, our strategy must acknowledge His creative power. Many may seek to manipulate what God has made, but He alone is our Maker.
Third, our strategy must acknowledge His righteous judgment. There is an end for all and we will all answer to the One who also offers redemption through His Son.
Therefore, however we say what needs to be said, let's be sure we say it right.
I exhort you, press on in your course, and exhort all men that they may be saved. - Polycarp
