Even human wrath will praise You; You will clothe Yourself with their remaining wrath. - Psalm 76:10

Praise is defined as the act of expressing approval or admiration, a commendation, or a laudation. When we think of praising God, images of worship, prayer, and song are usually evoked. Wrath is not usually in the list. In fact, the idea of human wrath being somehow connected with God's praise is not only foreign, it almost seems blasphemous. And yet, while it may appear to us to be impossible and unlikely, it remains true. Human wrath will praise Him, but how?
In its futility.
In all of its devices, evil intent, and strength, the wrath of man will never thwart the purposes of the Almighty. As the psalmist described it, God takes the spent wrath of all mankind and wraps it around Himself like a royal gown, declaring His utter sovereignty over everything. All of our puny attempts to change history do not eradicate the fact that God ultimately writes it, from beginning to glorious end.
To put it simply, the creation will never be greater than the Creator, no matter how hard we may try.
God has never, in the history of mankind, allowed his name to go long offended. - David Wilkerson
